As we head into the middle of the regular season it is important that we all stay focused on our team goals and objectives. In order for our team to achieve its goals we must remain emotionally and physically healthy. Here are a few things for us to focus on daily. 1) You need at least 8 hours of sleep each night. 2) Eat good food. Stay away from junk food, soda pop, sugar, etc. Take a daily vitamin. 3) Reduce other physical activities throughout the week while you maintain your strength and flexibility by lifting light weights during twice a week. 4) Practice like champions. 5) Enjoy the fruits of your labor during Friday or Monday night games.
